At Toasty Mugs, we’re committed to delivering your favorite mugs and coffee blends quickly and efficiently!

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Locations: We currently only ship within the USA, but we plan to expand to international shipping in the future.

Shipping Rates: We offer FREE standard shipping on all USA orders.

Delivery Time:

  - Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  - Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days (additional fees apply)

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Toasty Mugs purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy: You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of your broken product.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, coffee blends, gift cards, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with the details of your exchange request. Please note we only offer exchanges in situations where your product arrives broken or damaged during shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and get you the perfect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately.

Report a Problem: Contact Support@ToastyMugs.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
