Where are you located?
Toasty Mugs is proudly based in Jupiter, Florida, but our entire shop is online, making it easy for you to enjoy our unique designs no matter where you are in the USA. We handle all of our shipping through reliable carriers, ensuring that your new favorite mug arrives safely at your door, no matter how far away. Shop from the comfort of your home and let us bring a little extra joy to your day, one mug at a time!
Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! All of our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are dishwasher and microwave safe for your convenience.
How do I place an order?
Simply visit our Shop Mugs page, select the mugs you love, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, click on the cart icon to check out. Follow the steps to complete your purchase, and we’ll ship your new mug directly to your door!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your payment information is securely processed to ensure a safe checkout experience.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at Support@ToastyMugs.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with the details of your exchange request. Please note we only offer exchanges in situations where your product arrives broken or damaged during shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and get you the perfect item.
In rare cases, if your item arrives broken due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@ToastyMugs.com and provide pictures of the broken coffee mug for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer custom mugs?
Absolutely! We love creating custom designs for special occasions or personalized gifts. If you have a custom request, please email us at Support@ToastyMugs.com with your idea, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.
