Maple-Glazed Ham with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
1 bone-in ham (about 6-8 lbs)
1 cup pure maple syrup
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Cloves for studding (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Score the surface of the ham in a crisscross pattern and, if desired, stud each cross with a clove. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, rosemary, and thyme. Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Roast for 2-2.5 hours, brushing with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until caramelized. Let rest before slicing.
Roast Turkey with Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients:
1 whole turkey, thawed
½ cup butter, softened
4 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
2 tbsp dried sage
5 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix butter, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Gently separate turkey skin from meat and spread butter under the skin. Roast according to package directions, basting occasionally.

1 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix pumpkin, sugar, and spices. Pour into pie crust and bake for 50-60 minutes. Whip cream with maple syrup and serve with pie.

1 pie crust
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
